The Four Dharmas of Gampopa
Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche · 3h 19m in all
Six sessions in which Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche teaches Gampopa's four-line prayer, from the four thoughts to Vajrayana practice, Mahamudra and the eight consciousnesses, with English translation.
Rinpoche takes Gampopa’s four lines in order: the mind going to the dharma, dharma becoming a path, the path dispelling bewilderment, and bewilderment arising as wisdom. Along the way he teaches the four thoughts, bodhichitta and taking and sending, Vajrayana generation stage, Mahamudra view and tranquility, and the eight consciousnesses. Session 1 gives the background; sessions 4 to 6 build on each other.
